Professor Mario Lanza receives 2017 Elsevier Young Investigator Award

On September 22nd, Professor Mario Lanza receives the 2017 Elsevier Microelectronic Engineering Young Investigator Award at the 43rd international Conference on Micro and Nano Engineering (MNE 2017) in Braga, Portugal. The award is given for his outstanding contributions in the fields advanced dielectrics and low dimensional materials. The Elsevier Microelectronic Engineering Young Investigator Award and Lectureship is an annual award that aims to honor and promote a young researcher active in the fields of Nanofabrication and Nanotechnology for Electronics, Photonics, MEMS and Life Sciences.
